Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or replacement has been processed.
